Shipping Policy

We use trusted professional carriers to make sure your tools arrive fast and in perfect condition.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT may be processed the following business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
During high-volume periods or following a promotional mailer, processing times may extend to 2-3 business days. We'll always communicate any delays by email.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Exact costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses due to the size and weight of our products. Please use a physical street address at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use that number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support@brandsforless.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product before opening further. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brandsforless.com with your order number and photos and we will make it right - either a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
If your tracking shows 'delivered' but nothing arrived, wait 24 hours (carrier scans can run early), then contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package.
